Rainbeaux Media offers a full array of services from initial concept to site launch.
Here’s how we do it:
An initial consultation that will identify your needs so we can draft a proposal, which outlines your project, scope, budget, and timescale.
If you accept our proposal we begin the discovery process. If you don’t already have one, you will need to tell us what site domain name you wish to use. We take care of the purchase of your desired name and the web hosting.
Once we know any important details about your branding and company identity we can start designing. We will discuss your thoughts regarding the direction of the design, and we will submit designs to you within 5-7 business days of finalising this information.
After we have designed a concept for your new website, we’ll go over the design together and make any tweaks that are necessary. At this point we will need any content (text and images) you will want on the site. Most clients prefer to maintain control over the text, but we do offer a copywriting service, if required. Please let us know if you will need any stock photography too.
Once you have signed off the final design concept, we will build the site and integrate all your content and images. We host this ‘test’ version on a domain that we own so you can go through it and make sure everything is in its place before the website goes ‘live’. At this point we will invoice the final 60% payment and your new website is launched.
We will ensure that you are familiar with the content management system (if applicable) so you can maintain and update the site content. We also provide continued support post-launch.
Included in your website design package is:
These are some specific elements you may require in your website. Be sure to let us know if there are additional items you’d like to see in a site so we can incorporate it into the quote. We also offer straight template websites of your choice and we can tailor them to suit your needs where necessary. Contact Us to arrange an informal chat about your needs. |
