My company was established 12 years ago, and since that time I have had 5 web designers working on my website. Last year I was informed that the company who was working for me had also been sold, I was advised to use Aspire Web Services as they had taken over the business.  My first reaction was "Oh No not again"!
I had never heard of this firm, who they were etc, etc! I thought the name was a good one though as it meant:

• To have a great ambition or ultimate goal
• To strongly desire
• To strive forward to an end
• To soar

I decided they could take over the hosting, in addition do any small changes until I knew more about this business, and mainly Richard Corlett... To date I cannot speak highly enough of this young man and his skills. He has been quick to respond to requests, whether minor or on a larger scale. Richard is a highly professional person and easy to deal with in both his business and web designing. I now have a great website, although it’s not completely finished, that is not due to Richard's work or performance, but delays on our side for the interior designing.

Nothing is too much trouble, because he has what Aspire is all about.

A brief note from Richard the owner of Rainbeaux Media: Aspire Web Services is the original trading name of Rainbeaux Media, which was established before the new brand 'Rainbeaux Media' came about. Both currently run together howver Aspire has become more associated with web hosting than web design.

I was given the name of Richard at Rainbeaux Media when chatting to friends about setting up my Bed & Breakfast business. Not being very computer literate it all seemed a daunting prospect... How wrong was I... within a very short space of time my website was designed, developed, and up and running.

I was expanding my current business and decided it would be a good time to rebrand. For me this meant a new name, logo and website. I spoke with Rainbeaux
Media and they were more than happy to explore my options with me and advise me on the do's and don'ts of rebranding – which was most useful.

I had an idea in mind of what I wanted so I asked Rainbeaux Media to put a professional spin on it, and develop my thoughts. I couldn't be more happy with the end product. Communication was excellent throughout, and I never felt pressured into anything and never felt like I couldn't ask or change things throughout the project.

The Logo and website that was designed for me is exactly what I wanted. Rainbeaux Media also designed a blog for my site and explained in detail how it works and why its good for my business. They also came up with ideas for business cards, leaflets etc… however I hadn't budgeted for this….yet!
